1.fields of study
-those who wish to study in japan as an exchange student at a professional training college should choose a field to major in from (a) to (g)
a.mechanical engineering
b.electrical n electronic engineering
c.information,communicatio
d. materials engineering
e.architecture and civil engineering
f.maritime engineering

Note: applicant for major in the fields categorized as (g)other field (international communication,management information engineering, etc) may have difficulties in finding colleges of technology capable of accepting them
2.Qualifications*m just gonna state what's important sja a*:
-they cannot be Japanese or inherit Japanese blood.
- must be born between april 2,1988 and 1 april,1993
-must complete a school curriculum equivalent to an upper secondary school(which is 11years or longer curriculum starting from elementary school*o's mesti abis jua*)
-willing to learn the culture and japanese language
-must be physically n mentally fit enough to pursue study
-applicant must arrive in Japan between 1st and 7th of april 2010 *sapa g 1992 n 1993 sabar sha,nda smpat celebrate 17th n 18th birthday*
-visa will be required arah embassy
-applicants will be in japan for 4 years plus 1 year of Japanese study
3.Benefits from teh scholarship*nieyang kamu suka nie nah*
a. allowance will be given every month of 125000 yen(additional 2000 or 3000 yen maybe given for the undertaking study or research in specially designated regions) whoever takes a loeave of absence or is long absent from college will not be paid.
b.travel costs. KANA BAYAR! JANGANTAH INGAU! DATANG BALIK KANA BAYAR.tapi if kamu lambat dari haribulan yang di tetap kan,bayar sendiri kamu!jalan kaki ka~bisai jua tu~
school fees,tuition fees and exams will be paid by the japanese government!

NOTES FROM BOTH FORMS:
1.all grantees are advised to learn Japanese language and have basic knowledge about the weather, climate, manners and customs of Japan, the differences before leaving For Japan
2.Grantees should bring approximate equivalent of US $1500 to cover immediate needs after their arrival in Japan
3.BOARDING HOUSES
-for one year after arrival,in principle a grantee will be able to live in a dormitory for international students operated by the japan student services organization or introduced by the professional training college.
-After entering a professional training college a grantee will be able to continue to live in the aforementioned dormitory or other residential accommodations introduced by the college
4.if u have any question about the matters set forth/not set forth herein, please inquire at the Japanese legation and follow their instructions,if any given.
